Lady Katherine Classes

Our classes are designed to compliment, reinforce and build on each other. For example, in our Signature Class you will master fundamental movements used in our other classes, increase your core strength and overall flexibility - which will help you be more successful in Pole Dance and Body Booty Camp.

Body Booty Camp tones and shapes your body, increases endurance and overall body strength - important fundamentals that will help you experience more success and satisfaction from our Signature and Pole Dance Classes.

For the best results in the shortest amount of time, we encourage students to take one of each type of class per week - this eliminates any chance of boredom, lessens incidents of muscle soreness or potential overuse, and guarantees you a new perspective on life and yourself as a woman - beginning with your very first class you will embark on the wonderful experience of a make over that starts from the inside out!

ROCK STAR ARMS
Students told us to go after their ‘lunch lady arms’ and we are responding with RSA (rock star arms). This intense segment will be a part of each and every class - look out wobbler, gobbler arms- we’ve got your number!

The focus of this class is sculpted abs, toned legs and a firm, shapely booty.  We will alternate muscle groups worked so you can go the whole hour, and will be using standing work, floor work, pole work, hand weights and mats.  You will feel pumped, toned and firm after this one!

Pole dance has an entirely new routine, appropriate for all fitness levels and ladies new or experienced at pole dance - we will challenge you!  This is a total body workout that provides medium cardio benefits and overall strengthening and toning results.  The hour flies by and warning - it is addictive!

Using the fluid, flowing movements of feminine movement, we will reshape your core, bottom and legs, increasing your fitness level including flexibility, strength and endurance.  This class also stimulates your internal body systems (endocrine, digestive, reproductive) bringing them to a higher level of functioning resulting in less lower back pain, higher metabolism, less pms and related symptoms - see what Signature will do for your body - and your attitude!


*Feminine Movement is the art of allowing the female body to move organically, naturally, in the manner it is designed to move. I have created the term Feminine Movement to describe this luxurious, flowing, circular, sensual and empowering exercie in a positive manner vs. calling it 'exotic' movement which often has negative and degrading connotations.

This class is all about fitness and burning calories!  Using small hand weights and the pole for resistance and support (& spins!!), this low-medium impact workout will get your heart pumping and work all of your major muscle groups while having a super fun time!   We WILL make you sweat  - but you you’ll have fun doing it and feel toned, strong and sassy when you’re done - an additional benefit you can’t get at other studios!  This one hour class is appropriate for all fitness levels.  Wear tennis shoes and workout clothing.


 
 

 

 

Class Policies

#1) Refunds: There are no refunds.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

#2) Missed Classes:  If a student misses a class, they are encouraged to make it up - even if it’s a different type of class than the one they missed.  Students must register in advance (e-mail or phone) prior to class. There are no refunds for missed classes. NO EXCEPTIONS.    

#3) Inclement Weather: When the Hudson schools are closed due to the weather so are we.  There is no make up or refund for classes missed because of the weather.

#4) Cancelled Classes:  We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than six students enrolled, 48 hours prior to the first day of class.  A full refund will be given promptly.

#5) Privacy: The movement we teach is beautiful, strenuous and empowering. We ask for complete confidentiality from all of our students.  What happens in the studio stays in the studio.

#6) Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age and female to participate in our classes and workshops unless otherwise indicated by Lady Katherine.

#7) Schedule changes:  May happen due to unforeseen circumstances (we hope not but you never know!).  We will post any changes on our website immediately and make every effort to contact those affected promptly.

#8) Late-Starters: Please note that the studio doors will be closed 5-10 minutes into class.  Individuals arriving after this are asked to kindly refrain from interrupting class in session.  We do not want anyone missing warm- up and risking injury.

$16.00/class when you purchase 3 or more of a class that meets the same day/time weekly.
