Katherine has her Pole Fitness Certification with the Pole Fitness Association, NV, and her Yoga Sculpt Instructor Certification with Core Power Yoga, MN. She also has a BA in Business from the University of St. Catherine, MN.

Katherine Fossler has loved exercise for as long as she can remember. All types of movement - from cardio work on the elliptical to yoga and ballet. It was almost 20 years ago that she taught her first workout class in Minneapolis, made custom exercise videos for students (complete with leg warmers!) and enjoyed a successful modeling career. More recently she has worked as a non-profit executive in both Hudson, WI and Minneapolis, MN, and supported her husband as he built a successful construction company.
In 2002 Ms. Fossler first experienced Feminine Movement and it was love at first hip dip. Katherine immediately saw (and felt!) the benefits of this form of exercise - benefits that went far beyond all of the workout classes she had previously enjoyed. |

This form of movement was liberating, natural to how her body moved, and it was fun! The physical benefits that came along with it were great - increased stamina, flexibility, strength and body-shaping, but it did so much more. Her posture improved, her lower back no longer had that nagging tension/pain and she felt more alive, more balanced and more fulfilled. The positive change in outlook and attitude are what she refers to as a “makeover from the inside out.”
Katherine has her Pole Dance Instructor Certification from Pole Fitness, Inc. and is pursuing her Group Fitness Instructor Certification from the American Council of Exercise. Katherine also has a Business degree from the University of St. Catherine, St. Paul, Minnesota.
